Help! My order didn't go through but I was charged?

If this has happened, it is likely that you entered an incorrect postal/ZIP code on your billing address which didn't match your card. Your funds will be automatically returned to you within 24-48 hours. Please contact your bank if your funds have not been returned within this time frame. To re-purchase, please ensure that you are using the correct billing address on your card.

I haven't received an order confirmation or any tracking updates?

When will I receive my order?

All of our orders are packed and processed within 1-4 business days. Your order should be delivered to you within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. For more remote locations, please allow 5 more days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number so you can track where your order is along the way.

Do your devices actually work?

How long until I start seeing results?

Some can see results in as little as 1 session, depending on the device. Most of our customers start to see dramatic results after 2-3 weeks of use. Please ensure you are following each devices instructions.
