How long does it take for my order to deliver?

Please note that the delivery time includes processing time and shipping time.

Average dispatching time is 1-4 business days.

Average international standard delivery is 5-12 business days.

For some countries it may take longer due to customs clearances. In these events, please allow up to 28 days depending on your country.

Where is my order shipped from?

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $70 USD. We ship our products from our factories based in Asia, so that our customers can enjoy high-quality devices at a low cost.

Changing or cancelling an order

You are able to adjust or cancel your order within 6 hours after placing your order.

If it is after 6 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order will be able to be changed or cancelled since the processing of the order has already begun.

Please note that once the processing has begun, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

Can I change my shipping details?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your shipping address. However, if your order has already shipped, please note that we are unable to change your address. These orders are NOT eligible for refunds. Please ensure you are entering the correct address at the time of purchase.

Glow Revival Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages upon delivery. Our responsibility is to deliver our packages to the specified address on the order. If the package has been delivered to the correct address, the order has been fulfilled.
